I purchased x-this software, where is my registration code? |
A. | Right after the purchase, you should have been sent an email with your registration code. However, if you do not recieve our email within a few hours, try checking the following: 1. Check your spam or junk folder - the email may have ended up there, 2. Request another email - use our contact us page to get in touch and tell us what you, when and who you are |

What is your upgrade policy? |
A. | Minor updates to the version you purchased are completely free until the next major version becomes available. However, major updates, (for instance 1.x to 2.x) require an upgrade fee or software assurance license. We will use the email address you provided during registration to tell you about any updates. Licenses are per computer. Installing your license on multiple computers is fine, as long as you have multiple license. |

I've lost my registration code? |
A. | If you have lost your registration code, contact us, we will email it back to you as soon as possible. |

I've downloaded a trial version of your product, what happens when the trial runs out? |
A. | All of our software comes with a trial period, so you can try before you buy. When the trial period runs out, the software will simply stop working until you activate it with a registration code. |
